Guru Nanak Khalsa School San Jose – First Day of School
The first day of Guru Nanak Khalsa School San Jose will be Sunday, August 23, 2026.
Please register your child if you have not already done so. Late registrations create significant challenges for the school administration, as class assignments cannot be finalized until registrations are complete. Late registrations also require teachers to repeat lessons, resulting in the loss of valuable classroom time.
Schedule for Sunday, August 23
- 12:00 PM – Class Assignments: Student class-assignment lists will be posted at the school. Assignments will also be available on the school website.
- 12:00 PM – Book Distribution: Books will be distributed starting at 12:00 PM.
- 12:00 PM – Sikh Heritage Symphony: The Sikh Heritage Symphony class will begin at 12:00 PM in the school area.
- 2:00 PM – School Assembly: The school will begin at 2:00 PM in the main hall. After the assembly, students will proceed to their assigned classrooms.
